Our company was founded by three successful
restaurateurs who recognized the need for a company that
could provide consistent, high quality, ready
to use
food products. Thus, they created
Culinary Concepts, Inc.
and began providing
their restaurants with a variety of
high
quality food products. They soon realized the
demand
for their food preparation and began
selling their products
to many other
prestigious food service establishments
under their label of Chef
Creations.

production facility located in Orlando,
Florida. Experienced
Chefs oversee and direct
all food processing in the
USDA qualified and
FDA inspected facility. Our products
are
tested daily by an outside microbiological testing
facility
to ensure all federal standards are
exceeded. Our
Quality Assurance Team is led by
executives with over
fifty years of
experience. They have developed a custom
HACCP
compliance program to ensure all of our products
are made to exact specifications.
