Ingredients:
4 oz - Boneless Chicken Breast
2 oz - Andouille or Chorizo Sausage sliced
1 oz each - Julienne Red Onion, sliced Mushrooms and Pea Pods
8 oz - Chef Creations Alfredo Sauce
8 oz - al dente Penne Pasta
To Taste Cajun Seasoning
Procedure: Boil
Penne Pasta according to directions.
Julienne
chicken breast and season with Cajun seasoning. Sauté in olive oil
until all sides are seared. Add Andouille or Chorizo and sauté
for 2 minutes. Add vegetables and Sauté until vegetables are
cooked but still crisp. Add Alfredo Sauce. Toss evenly and add
penne pasta. Bring to a simmer.
Plate and serve.
