Fresh Salmon with Leek

(Serves 2)

Ingredients:
6 oz - Salmon
1 Leek, white and light green parts only
1/4 C - White Wine
8 oz Chef Creations Alfredo Sauce
8 oz - Bowtie Pasta, al dente

Procedure:
Cut salmon into 1" pieces.
Cut leek in half, cut into 1/4 slices.
Wash and drain.
Sauté salmon in olive oil until seared on all sides.
Add leek.
Continue to sauté for 2 minutes.
Deglaze pan with white wine and reduce by 50%.
Add Alfredo Sauce Toss evenly and add pasta.
Bring to a simmer.
Plate and serve.
