Ingredients:
6 to 8 oz Portobello Mushrooms
2 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TSP Minced Garlic
2 cups Chef Creations Alfredo Sauce
1 lb Pasta, cooked according to package directions
Procedure: Slice or coarsely chop Portobello mushrooms.
In a large skillet, heat oil. Add Portobello mushrooms and
garlic; cook and stir until mushrooms are tender, 5 to 6 minutes.
Stir in Chef Creations Alfredo Sauce; heat until hot, about 3 minutes. Add
pasta; toss until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to
taste. Plate and serve.
