Ingredients: 1 32oz. Chef Creations' Crème Brûlée
1/4 cup Instant Espresso
Brown Sugar
Procedure:
Empty Contents of Crème Brûlée package into a
medium sauce pan. Bring to a boil. Add 1/4 cup of Instant Espresso.
Whisk until blended. Pour into Crème Brûlée dishes or ramekins.
Chill for
at least one hour, or cover and chill for upto 2 days. Sprinkle with brown sugar and caramelize under broiler or with food torch.
